Jonas Rathsman – Feel What I Feel (French Express)

Following Rathsmans previous hit “Bringing You Down”, and more recently ‘Yes I Am’, we are glad to finally see ‘Feel What I Feel’ being released on French Express. With emotive grooves and insanely infectious vocal hooks, expect to hear this release in house sets over the next few weeks. The BPM is slightly lower than his previous releases and the vocals induce a progressive vibe, making it less of deep headturner, rather, a head-nodding chillout tune with emphasis on the cleverly edited vocal cuts.

More goodness comes in the form of his recent LA Boiler Room set, if you haven’t seen it  check out the video below:

Press Release: ‘Since being declared ‘Future Star of 2013’ by BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong – Jonas has gone on to remix Brits Critics’ Choice Award Winner Tom Odell and the sublime London Grammar. Following the re-release of ‘Tobago’ on Defected, Jonas Rathsman returns to French Express, the label that made his name to release ‘Feel What I Feel’ on October 29th (including Extended Mix).

‘Feel What I Feel’ has been a highlight of Jonas’s DJ sets across the summer. The vocal refrain pleading for empathy has been uniting dancefloors worldwide. It connects instantly without having to resort to cheap production tricks: this is inspired quality electronic music.

October will see Jonas touring in UK and Europe and North America with a special French Express Takeover feature show on Boiler Room TV recorded live from LA. Be sure to tune in to this session on Thursday 30th October on www.boilerroom.tv.

Having played 36 different cities across the world, increasing the profile of the French Express movement, Jonas has lived up to all expectations in 2013, making next year an even more exciting prospect.’
